Synyster Gates is best known for his lead guitar role in the band Avenged Sevenfold where his electrifying solos have captured the imagination of metal fans for over twenty years. As his signature guitar model, the Gates standard includes a pair of hot Diamond humbuckers that have been designed with Synyster. They inject a sizzling roar into the guitar's output to offer that authentic Avenged sound.

When the hard rock needs a break or change in dynamic, the Synyster Gates standard can switch it up with a coil tap option. This gets you a bluesy, clean tone achieved by significantly cutting the output of the pickups. Fantastic for adding texture to songs loaded with distortion, activate it and you'll notice the difference.

The Gates Standard is equipped with a custom Floyd Rose Tremolo bridge made in partnership with Schecter so you can add that awesome whammy flourish to your lead playing.
