Doepfer A-157 Trigger Sequencer (Module Set -1/2/3) Overview
The Doepfer A-157 is a trigger sequencer subsytem comprised of three separate, but interlinked, modules. The first module is the A-157-1 trigger matrix. This contains controls for setting eight separate 16-step sequences. It also has a range of extra controls and functions which change the way that the trigger matrix acts, in various ways.
The second module is the A-157-2 Trigger Out. This is where each of the eight trigger outputs are routed, so you can connect them to different modules. For each trigger, there is a LED light which indicates when the trigger is activated.
The last module is the A-157-3 control inputs. This features various controls for controlling the trigger sequencer, via both manual control and CV input. Some of these controls include start, stop and the clock input, for setting the speed of the sequencer.
