Dynamics

The ultimate tool for all of your dynamic processing needs, Dynamics can function as a compressor, expander and even gate. Powered by an intelligent look-ahead algorithm from 0 - 30 milliseconds, Dynamics reduces any potential distortion artefacts to near-zero. Ideal for mixing, Dynamics boasts a side-chain input with an integrated EQ, allowing you to balance the dynamics of one instrument in your mix against another.

Housing a huge range of functionality, Dynamics encompasses auto-release modes and maximum range controls to limit the maximum gain reduction. An onboard mix control lets you blend wet and dry signals for internal parallel processing all with just the turn of one knob. The continuing ethos in Dynamics is the ease of use and this can be seen in the streamlined interface which provides you with everything you need on one screen to avoid any unnecessary menu-diving or learning curves.

Multiband Dynamics

An extension of the Dynamics plug-in, Multiband Dynamics offers all of the same functionality but in up to four user-defined bands. Freely adjust the centre frequency, crossover and filter slopes of each band to take full control over the dynamics of the entire spectrum. Perfect for anything from live drums, entire mixes or busses, Multiband Dynamics includes Linear and Mixed phase modes to help eliminate pre-ringing artefacts and sharp transients.

Limit

A transparent limiter with an intelligent look-ahead between 0 - 30 milliseconds, with Limit you can increase the volume of your track without unwanted distortion and artefacts. Powered by a two-step process with a pre-compressor followed by a peak limiter, you can gently stage your volume increase for smooth and seamless limiting. Under the hood processing enables you to use Limit up to four times oversampling for true peak limiting and unrivalled audio fidelity when processed.

Equalize

This 12-band parametric EQ plug-in boasts unique features to suit any application. Ideal for anything from mastering, mixing or post-production, Equalize 2 sets a new precedent for creative control over your audio. 12 highly-adjustable bands can be used in up to eight different modes from shelves, peaks, cuts, notch and band-pass filters along with freely customisable slopes from 3dB to 120dB per octave. Ideal for anything from subtle tonal shaping to precise surgical cuts. Offering mid/side or stereo use on each band allows complete freedom of your left and right channels to process each side of your stereo field independently.

Perfect for any application, Acon Equalize also features three different phase modes including minimum, linear and mixed-phase modes. The newly-developed mixed phase modes allow you to set the latency freely while preserving phase relationships and reducing pre-ringing artefacts, making it ideal for detailed mastering applications. Supporting a wide range of sample rates up to 96kHz and surround sound compatibility offer tremendous flexibility to work in a variety of projects and mixes. Packaged in a user-friendly environment with handy spectrum analysis tools and a range of industry-made factory presets, Equalize 2 will quickly become your go-to in the studio for any EQ need.

Dither

A key stage within the mastering process, Dither provides you with powerful noise shaping to reduce errors in bit-depth manipulation during exporting. Acon Dither is a Triangular Probability Density Function, ensuring the noise-shaping follows psycho-acoustic filtering to maximise your sonic potential. With Dither, you can adjust the maximum gain and the filter length. all of which will be displayed in the real-time interface, highlighting the frequency response of your filtering. Supported in 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24-bit formats, no matter what project you are working on, you will have full control over your exporting.
