PreSonus Progression 3 is the ideal notation software for composing your music, for guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, and even vocals. Add audio, apply effects, mix, and hear your composition played back with samples recorded by famous artists from the music industry. You can enter your notes in real time, or step time, using the virtual metronome. Compose your music on Mac, Windows, and continue on the go with support for iPad, and available in 6 different languages.

You're In Control

PreSonus Progression 3 puts you in control of your music, letting you easily input notation and tab into the live score, and giving you instant access to realistic sounds during playback. With compatibility for external MIDI keyboards and guitars, as well as the in built virtual keyboard and fretboard, you decide how to write your music. You can even transpose your music in different ways once you've finished, either the whole piece, specific sections, and chord symbols.

Endless Compatibility

Progression 3 makes use of easy keyboard shortcuts to increase your workflow. You can even create your own backing tracks and play along live. Compatible with MIDI, MusicXML, and some tab files, PreSonus Progression 3 lets you work with your own sounds. You can even use your own VST files for effects and plug-ins.
