Eight selectable waveforms for sound design

The Frequency Central Wave Runner LFO is the perfect addition to any modular setup. The compact module is jam-packed with useful features and parameters, as well as providing up to eight waveforms in total. The eight waveforms available are comprised of: Sawtooth, ramp, pulse, triangle, sine, noise, sample and hold and a stepped triangle/sawtooth/ramp wave. The wide range of waveforms allow you to create a variety of different sounds. Create everything from smooth sine basslines to gritty square waves.

Distort, skew and multiply

The Wave Runner's faceplate features a streamlined design, comprised of four main potentiometers. The wide frequency range allows you to change the tone of your sound with optimal precision. The distort knob allows you to skew and manipulate the waveforms, providing added texture for exciting tonal results.

The pulse width control is another way to add texture to your sounds, cycling from clean and concise waveforms to sweeping and moving tones. You can even distort the cyclic waveforms, giving you control over the noise frequency, providing the means to bitcrush.

Tap sync input and other connectivity

One of the most unique features of the LFO is the tap sync input. This allows you to sync the module to other gear, ideal for creating sequences, patterns, rhythms and manipulating sounds further. This latest version also features a Level CV input, providing control for the output level of the LFO. Also included are clock and level patch points for added flexibility.
