The Maschine+ 3.3.1 update is a major step forward, bringing the full Maschine 3 engine to standalone hardware and delivering a seamless creative environment across both desktop and device. This means you now get a unified feature set, future-ready workflows, and consistent performance no matter where you’re making music.

Heavy plugin chains no longer need to hold you back either, thanks to the new Bounce In Place option, which lets you render sounds or groups to audio and free up CPU without losing flexibility. The built-in Bass Synth has been enhanced too, with a second oscillator, new detune and mixing controls, and a direct Glide toggle in the mixer.

For songwriters, custom chord sets can now be built directly in standalone mode and transferred between hardware and desktop, while per-scene tempo settings unlock more creative control for transitions and arrangement. Compatibility has also been expanded, with support for Kontrol S-Series MK3, Massive under NKS2, and new import/export options including MP3, MP4, FLAC, and OGG.

Accessibility has seen a significant boost with the updated NI Accessibility Helper, offering smoother voice feedback and simpler integration. Add in USB-based Ableton Link, improved performance, and lower CPU demands, and Maschine+ is now more powerful, flexible, and accessible than ever before.

Integrated audio interface and dual displays

At the core of the Maschine+ is a powerful quad-core processor complete with 4GB of RAM for fast and seamless creation. It also features dual colour displays which are used to navigate between settings, sounds, waveforms, effects and more. The main rotary control allows you to navigate parameters and sounds with a touch, as well as including eight encoders for controlling settings and automation.

The integrated interface delivers 24-bit/44.1kHz audio resolutions for the best possible sound. It is equipped with a wide range of connectivity including a dynamic mic input, MIDI I/O and TRS I/O. It also includes two USB ports so you can incorporate MIDI controllers or external HDDs.

Expanding on the original Maschine library, the Maschine+ features a comprehensive library of cutting-edge, genre-defying sounds. The Maschine+ selection is comprised of industry-leading instruments, sounds and effects, complete with the iconic Maschine drum and bass synth plugins and effects.
