Organic Sounding Envelopes

Tempo scaled envelope generation provides your modular synthesizer with new and unique sounds. The Rebel Technology GONIES Dual Envelope Generator is a powerful tool for your modular synthesis setup. Control your envelopes using the clock input which scales the clock to create organic sounding envelopes. Tempo dependent attack and release times means that you can create more depth in your envelope generation. Control the shape - or Angles, as it namesake suggests - of your sounds using the GONIES from Rebel Technology.

Three Different Modes, More Functionality

Two three-state toggle switches on GONIES faceplate allow you to change between Trigger, Gate, and Cycle modes. Trigger allows your envelope to proceed immediately from attack to release. Gate makes the envelope stay at maximum output level throughout the entire trigger signal. The Cycle mode creates an LFO function by starting the attack phase straight after the release phase. The GONIES is an awesome utility module that can give you total control of your envelopes.

Unique Tempo Scaling Ability

A master tempo controls the attack and release times of the envelopes. A regular clock time will scale the tempo accordingly to a default of 80bpm. This does not quantize the triggers as such but simply scales the attack and release times meaning that you can generate interesting envelope parameters. Sound like no one else.
