We will only issue a new product or refund if the supplier confirms that your product has not been activated. At the same time, we will ask them to invalidate it so that it cannot be used in the future.

When returning an order please ensure products are appropriately packaged and protected, to prevent them from getting damaged.

Klavee is built upon the technique of Spectral Modelling, which guarantees a perfect match with the original Klaviphon's tone. This cutting-edge technology allows for a digital recreation that is as close to the real thing as possible.
The Klaviphon, born in the Czech Republic in the '60s, generates its sound through reeds plucked by wooden hammers. The lower octaves produce a classic reed-based sound, while the upper register transforms into a Kalimba-like timbre due to the unique hammer-hit direction (from bottom to top on the reed edge). The Klaviphon's unique tonal qualities make it an ideal choice for various music applications. It is particularly favored in the creation of folk and traditional music, with its reed-based sound in the lower octaves providing a rich, earthy tone that resonates with the genre's roots.
